The Unseen Ripple Effect of Authenticity

You never know who you may be inspiring or encouraging to tap back into latent or new talents just by being you. Sometimes we forget that people may not always speak on how you inspire them, but yet they are, and it helps them to smile more or be their authentic selves.

Today, a former schoolmate expressed how my return to blogging inspired her. I was truly shocked because I was impressed with her recently shared writings and agreed with so many of her viewpoints. That’s the beauty of creativity and the arts; you can express yourself and inadvertently inspire others. It’s the same way with acts of kindness too. One small act can be the catalyst for other acts of kindness, compassion, and consideration.

When you share pieces of yourself for your own self-satisfaction rather than for applause, you often reach a broader and more sincere audience. You will often also position yourself to be poured back into by people who admire your transparency and find commonalities among your expressions and experiences. If only we lived in a world where more people honored the beauty of someone living in their authenticity and being free to be open, honest, and vulnerable without making themselves prey to someone’s judgment and condescension.

Write without constraints

Writing is so freeing, but you have to do it with the understanding that some won’t like or respect what you have to say. It’s a good thing I don’t do it for the applause but to free myself of the thoughts and ideas that burden, excite, and even incite me. So, if you’re considering writing or think no one will care what you have to say, do it anyway. You’d be surprised who you might inspire or who may fan your flames of inspiration even higher!~micaiah

All you need is the drive, determination, and unwavering belief to shift your mindset and, in turn, transform your life. Don’t ever allow anyone or any circumstance to box you in. Remember this mantra daily, if necessary: the only thing standing in your way is you. Empowerment begins within. Free to fly

Would you jump out of a plane without a parachute?

Well maybe you would if you knew you could fly!

The scary part is figuring out the unknown, but that’s also the adventure.

So many of us are leading safe lives. Safe, however, doesn’t always equal fulfilling. Whether we chose the safe mate or the safe job versus the relationship or career that would have required some time, focus and effort. The thing about safe is, it often lacks passion and over time we lose interest.

Which leads us to look for the next safe or sure mate or job. Relationships nor jobs should be burdensome, when they are they drain us of energy and add undue stress and at times even physical ailments to our lives. I harp a lot on life being too short to live unhappily. Our lives should be lived with passion and purpose, and that often involves risk.

What better bet is there than to bet on yourself?

Faith is to believe in the unseen, so envision and then live your best life. For now, you may plan to work, but be planning to work your plan. Write it down, make a vision board, record your thoughts. Do what you have to now, so that you can do what you want to later. But whatever you do, don’t give up on your dreams and don’t lose your vision. If you can commit to working to the express benefit and betterment of someone else, why not channel those energies into a business idea for yourself.

We have so many talents that we leave on the back burner for the sake of being “responsible” and making sure money, it’s understandable, but again if it’s not making you happy or adding to your sense of peace of mind, it’s not worth it in the end.

Sometimes the only thing between you and success, is YOU! Stop blocking your growth and stop blocking your blessings.
